DAL Implant Borne Bridge (IBB)

ER-IMPLANT-HEADER-IMAGEImplant fixed bridgework is now more affordable! Not enough bone, but a desire for a fixed implant supported prosthesis is an often encountered patient scenario. The DAL Implant Borne Bridge (IBB) answers that need with a solution that combines prosthetic simplicity with great esthetics and function.

The DAL Implant Borne Bridge is a fixed/removable implant borne bridge that features a “feathered flange” design for maximum esthetics and patient comfort. It is securely retained by the hydraulic effect established between the 0 degree custom abutments and the telescopic walls of the bridge.

This unique bridge is indicated for both the maxillary and mandibular arch – minimum of four implants. Plus, the DAL Implant Borne Bridge is available for all implant systems with these unique advantages:

  • Fixed bridge esthetics yet patient removable for hygiene access
  • All implant long axis inclinations can be accommodated
  • Outstanding phonetics and a guaranteed passive fit
  • No attachments – no parts to replace – no relining
  • Maximum retention and stability
  • Cost effective – predictable, flat rate pricing

The IBB solution with a four implant IBB includes case design/analysis, model work, four implant analogs, diagnostic set-up with premium denture teeth, four gold outer telescopes, a Vitallium® 2000 Plus cast IBB component, and a final prosthesis completed. All abutments are additional. Also, cases requiring more than the initial four implant sites will incur an additional charge per additional implant for the outer telescopes, abutment inner telescope(s), and implant analogs.
