St. Louis, MO

Dental Technician

We currently have an opening in our St. Louis laboratory for a full time dental technician in the crown and bridge department. Benefits include medical, dental, and matching 401K.

Job Purpose: Creating ceramic restorations and building porcelain in the crown and bridge department

Primary Responsibilities:
• Precisely build porcelain to crown and bridge substructures
• Design and create ceramic restorations completing necessary tasks ensuring a beautiful and functional product
• Stain to the proper shade and glaze
• Communicate, cooperate and volunteer to assist crown and bridge department where needed including models, waxing and finishing
• Maintain and neat, clean work area, free of health and safety hazards
• Complete additional tasks as assigned

Requirements:
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong hand-eye coordination
• 2-3 years experience in Crown and Bridge
• Experience with porcelain preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent


Lincolnshire, IL

Dental Technician – CAD/CAM

We currently have an opening in our Lincolnshire laboratory for a full time dental technician in the CAD/CAM area of the crown and bridge department. Hours are Monday through Friday from 9 am to 6 pm. Benefits include medical, dental, and matching 401K.

Job Purpose: Utilize 3D software, 3D printers and milling machines to design and mill products for the crown and bridge department

Primary Responsibilities:
• Design case according to guidelines and prescriptions
• Scan cases as required according to prescriptions
• Calibrate scanners, wax Perfactory 3D Printers, milling machines
• Remove wax printings from plate or ceramics from milling unit as directed
• Match wax printings with cases or finish ceramics as directed
• Keep the work area neat, clean and free of safety and health hazards
• Communicate, cooperate and volunteer (when appropriate) for other responsibilities while working under supervision and sometimes demanding pressures

Indianapolis, IN

Regional Accounts Manager

We are currently looking for an outgoing, self-motivated Regional Accounts Manager to add to the Indianapolis region. Benefits include medical, dental, and matching 401K.

Job Purpose: Promote Dental Arts Laboratories products, services and customer satisfaction through direct selling, customer relationship development, educational promotion and corporate representation

Primary Responsibilities:
• Work closely with corporate and laboratory personnel in the development, maintenance and building of regional accounts
• Customer development activities related to relationship building with current and new accounts to include new account calls, scheduled maintenance calls, cross-selling calls, handling of complaints, special requests, case tracking/status and product education
• Systematic development of customers and customer relationships in national sales territory with a focus on account retention and growth
• Customer service activities related to product support services including handling of all new product call requests, direct advertising requests, technical problem solving and general product information requests
• Develop accounts from marketing leads with direct phone selling and follow up literature
• Coordinate trade show direct sales and customer development activities to include organization, presentation, booth assembly and proper follow up procedures
• Data entry and phone contact management entry for customers and customer lead database including all levels of account contact, new account call schedule, scheduled maintenance call schedule, cross-selling call schedule and complaints
• Communicate with President and Vice President of Marketing detailing source, purpose and directive action of phone contact
• Perform special project and task assignments within capabilities as defined and directed

Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills
• Great customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license, car insurance and a satisfactory driving record
• Independently motivated with strong organizational skills
• 1-3 years outside sales experience
• Dental office experience preferred
